As a Los Angeles native it has been very hard to be blown away from a food perspective. I have dined at many establishments in the Atlanta area and almost all of them do not standout. This place is one of the few that stands out from the rest in a spectacular way. Prices are very fair. I went 2 times in the same week since it was so good the first. The first time I ordered the chicken tikka masala, white rice and the chili chicken. The second time I ordered the chicken 65, white rice and the butter chicken without the butter on top as the garnish. However, I enjoyed the order from the first day most.

Really enjoyed our Fish & Chips and Blackened Catfish. Food is great but noisy atmosphere and flies. However, would definitely go back if in the area. Very good service.

I live very close to Zoe's, which is the only reason I've been here a couple of times. I didn't realize at first that the concept of the restaurant is "healthy". We (my 3 year old daughter and I) have eaten lunch here twice and today was the second time. I love the little patio area and the inside is nice, clean and cheerful. The people behind the register who were working there today were not very friendly (especially the blonde girl who rung us up, she was abrupt and sort of rude but I assume she was stressing because it was crowded and it took us a couple of minutes to determine what we wanted). Interestingly, the "chicken fingers" on my daughter's plate were just grilled, sliced pieces of chicken with some herbs. I don't know about you, but my kid likes regular chicken fingers so this threw us both for a loop. However, she enjoyed them (though weirdly they were served with ketchup? What??). AND if you are supposed to be a "healthy" restaurant, why would you serve Lays Potato Chips with everything? Really strange!!! As for my meal, I did enjoy the grilled turkey reuben on toast with cabbage and some sort of cheese as well as the side greek salad. The dressing on the table is a simple oil and red wine vinegar. Simple is sometimes key. I enjoyed it. I think they need to come up with some additional original and tasty "signature" sides other than fruit salad, potato salad (not heathy) or potato chips. If they are going to be healthy, they need to basically stick to it! We'll probably go back but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so if I didn't live a few blocks away. We'll see if they survive.
Los Pinos Mexican
📍 Address: 4919 Hudson Bend Rd, Austin

I really don't know how this place has good reviews. The drinks were terrible, a michelada and a margarita. Michelada was lame and tasted like they put Budweiser in it. My wife ordered a beef burrito, with queso on top. What she received was a tortilla filled just with beef and topped with plain velveeta cheese. The sides suffered as well, the retried beans just tasted off on both plates and the rice was equally as bad. From what I can gather from other reviews, it seems the only consistent aspect of Los Pinos is the inconsistency. I'll just drive the extra 10 min and go to Azul Tequila next time.

We had a reservation this evening for 7:40PM on Sunday, June 16th, party of two. I made the reservation well in advance for a special evening with my significant other. When we showed up at 7:30PM the wait to check in was 15 minutes in a line out the front doors in the rain. Once checked in they told us the wait would be roughly 10 minutes as they were running behind. The lobby was packed with parties, I counted around 80 something bodies waiting to be seated, continuously being asked to move here and there, no clear area to wait.. By the time they called our party it was 8:30PM. We were relieved. The lady walked us around the venue and to our seat, to much dismay.. they seated another party in our seats and she said she had to take us to the front. She asked to wait in a corner until she returned.. 8 minutes later she apologized and said she had to run, but they knew we were here and the guy with the headset behind the door made a mistake. We waited and waited it was now 8:50PM. No one came to us. Nothing. Our night is ruined. A complete display of amateur hour at this food and beverage location. Don't make the mistake of going here and ruining your trip just like ours. Now we are sitting at Liberty Tree Tavern, the only place that would take us and we are missing the main show of our final night. I am upset and our trip is ruined. What a waste of time and poor treatment. I would expect more from a customer service standpoint. Lost time and money...
