If you want to try a real Poke Bowl for a fair price and a wonderful decoration place, you definitely need to try Island Fin. And don't forget to try their pineapple Ice Cream.

Unequivocally, without question the best donuts I've ever experienced in my life. All other donuts have been ruined for me. I think it depends on your taste in donuts, but what I particularly like about these (as another reviewer complained about a "greasy aftertaste") is the fried-oil flavor that you get when you're getting a really good home-made donut that is fried in oil. While some may see that as a negative - if you're used to a Dunkin-Donuts type chain donut that tries to cover up that flavor, you may not like this quality in a donut - this is actually a sign of a quality donut. Aside from that, the donuts are somehow both cake-y and yeasty. There are examples of both - a yeasty honey-dip or frosted donut but a cake-y home cut - but even the "yeasty" donuts have a bit of a cake-y fullness to them). The flavors are all excellent, very rich but not overwhelming and all maintaining that tiny wisp of a fried-oil flavor. Can not say enough good things about these donuts.

Marcelino's

Ate a quick lunch here after reading the great reviews. Ordered the chicken and the brisket with pico de gallo. The brisket was amazing! Great spice with fresh cilantro on top. The chicken was less spicy but still good. I ordered it with cheese (which was a single slice of cheddar) but was pleased with the result.

Fork In The Road

📍 Address: 3892 Lavista Rd, Tucker

Visited this restaurant for the first time this week. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my hubby ordered a veggie plate (mixed vegetables, spinach and mushrooms and corn bread). The food was good but it took entirely too long to get our food. We waited over 30 minutes for our meal. When you're dining in you don't expect the food to take that long to prepare. It was around 9pm when we arrived. The staff was friendly. I plan to try this place one more time, at a different time of day and order a different dish to see if the service speeds up. I will update my review either up or down pending the outcome.

Solid Gobi Manchurian - the ohm burger rap was bland and lacked texture and the tempeh sandwich was one-note.
