Awesome new place in the domain. They have a healthy but delicious menu. I love the wraps, I have had The Rebel and the Turkey wrap which both are fabulous. They have amazing Freshly brewed teas and lemonade as well.

Some friends of mine took me here last night. It was fantastic! The atmosphere is unlike anywhere I've been. The food was good, the desert was awesome, and the price was very affordable. I will definitely return here my next trip to Florida!

Came to Vancouver to visit my cousins and we decided to try out toast based on the yummy pics people posted. Such a cute neighborhood breakfast cafe! Given it was a Monday morning, we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was so sweet and brought us free mini scones to start. food was delicious! I got the eggs Benny and the little hashies that come with them are super unique and tasty. Definitely give this place a try if you're skeptical, portions are actually pretty big in my opinion despite all the reviews on small portion size. Hopefully will return if I'm in town again!

Went in today to pick up an order we had placed online and scheduled for pick up 30 minutes later. Go in and they don't know what we were talking about. One of the workers said the system is broken luckily I had a receipt to show so they could prepare the order. No one was in the restaurant and it still took 20 minutes to prepare 5 burritos. The worker then argued about the side of queso that was ordered with each drink and didn't want to provide it. Been here plenty of times during the week but the staff seems sub par on the weekend

Au Wing Kee Restaurant

Came here for a family lunch because my aunt raves about this place but didn't find anything super special about it. My part of the table was dirty and some of the cutlery was also not properly cleaned but it's not something I haven't seen before at a busy Chinese restaurant... They serve lychee tea here so that's one thing that sets them a part from a lot of other Chinese restaurants as the ones I go to rarely serve this. Since we had a big group, we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The most disappointing dish of them all though was the sweet and sour pork (which is a favourite amongst us). The dish isn't drenched in sauce like I'm typically used to nor is the sauce the bright orange color. There were a lot of pieces of pork that didn't get the sauce drizzle so you either had to dip it into another area of the plate that had the sauce or you were eating pieces of fried pork with no sauce. Overall, very disappointed in this dish. My aunt raved about the noodle dishes here. In particular, the Beef and Satay Sauce Rice Noodles as well as their Wonton Noodle Soup. Personally found that both these dishes were OK. They were good dishes but nothing too special. Overall, this place has quite limited parking in the back so probably wouldn't be back to try other dishes on their menu if there's no parking since there's so many options along Kingsway. You've got Boiling Point and a ramen joint just right next door!
