Burgers are really tasty, adventurous. I'm actually surprised they were one of the finalists for the best burger in Dallas. Anyway, I'm not going to hate on Hopdoddy, I just want to say that it's too hyped. Yes, the burgers are delicious, but the place is overrated. It also feels like you're hurried to leave; seeing the people outside waiting in line looking in while eating inside makes me feel guilty. :( but that's me. all in all, a must try at least once.

Had a late lunch here, there are so many reviews, seems like it is 2 completely different restaurants. We didn't have a Groupon or anything. For lunch it was nothing special, but dinner is described as classy and upscale. So there were 3 of us, I had the venison burger, which was delicious, but I could not say it was venison... I have had venison before and this tasted like beef, there was no distinct taste. I would love to try them side by side and see if I could tell the difference. There was also the venison pizza, the venison sausage definitely tasted like venison, this was an amazing pizza, I highly recommend it, not a lot to share but absolutely delicious. Third was the Chinese chicken hack salad or whatever. I am not a salad person so I wouldn't know, but it was huge and was unfinished even when the girls were both working on it. They said it was great. Service was excellent. Decor is interesting, we were confused by the chandelier that looked like it was in a cocoon. Parking is very limited.

One of the best burgers that I have had. The El Diablo had a nice spice kick to it. They make their own buns and use fresh food from local farmers market. Glad i had the chance to visit this place while i was in town for the week.

Been here twice, food has always been awesome. Fried mac and cheese bites oh my goshhhhh. Even their queso was really good. Service has been good both times as well. The hostesses did mess up the last time we were there, but I don't think that's a reoccurring issue. Expect a wait.

This place is so delicious omg. Probably the best burgers I had during my visit to Austin. The way they do it is ask how many is in your party and you get in line to order while they go get your table ready for you. Then you sit down with your order number and they bring your food to you when it's ready. I got the El Diablo with an egg and it is an angus beef, pepper jack, onions, habanero, salsa roja, and chipotle mayo. It was so so so delicious. Such a huge burger too so it was a little hard to eat but I loved the beef, it was cooked perfectly. My friends all took bites and said mine was better than what they ordered. You have to pay I think it was $1-$1.50 extra to add the egg though, don't forget. Service was pretty fast, the only long part was waiting to order. Waiters were super friendly and nice! We also ordered fries to share which was whatever. Would definitely return to this burger spot though, I loved it!!!

They have some really great toppings, and the sourdough crust is a cool idea, but... this crust crosses the line from "blistered" to burnt, and I just cannot get over it. I'm willing to stuff some pretty questionable things in my face in the name of pizza, but the plentiful charred parts on the crusts of both pizzas we ordered were black and acrid and totally overwhelmed everything else. I know, I know, wood fired oven and all that, but I just feel like if something tastes, like, aggressively bad, I shouldn't eat it! That being said, if you're one of those people who purposely burns their toast, get the carnivore, or the white anchovy if you're adventurous!
