My server Katlin was amazing and she was really cute too. She was very prompt and very sweet. The food was also very good but katlin was the star of the show.

The best brisket I've ever had! I'm very picky with brisket, but theirs was very flavorful, tender, and juicy. I know they use premium with no hormones or antibiotics, so that's probably what pushes them to the very top. Franklin also maintains his smoker temperature very meticulously which makes a difference in the final product. The pulled pork was surprisingly moist too. I usually stay away from pulled pork because it can be very lean and dry, but theirs was not dry at all with just enough fat mixed in to keep it moist. The ribs were ok, but they weren't as tender or flavorful as I like. Gatlin's BBQ in Houston has better ribs. The smoked turkey was good, and it was nice to have something that is not found at a lot of other BBQ joints. The sausage was was cooked perfectly where the casing had a nice snap to it. For sides, they have potato salad, slaw, and pinto beans. They were all fairly standard, nothing fancy, but they tasted fine. The bourbon banana tart and the pecan pie were from a bakery from Cake and Spoon in Austin. Both were delicious and worth trying. Customer service was also excellent. The wait wasn't as bad as usual (about 45 minutes), but the workers were really hustling to move things as fast as they could, and they were very pleasant as well. Overall it was a really good experience!

Just an add on. I'm eating the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and it is over the top vegan goodness. Not just good for plant based but one of the best breakfast sandwiches period.

We came for dinner and didn't have to wait long to be seated. We ordered the shrimp and grits, the brisket sandwich, an order of hush puppies and the kids chicken fingers meal. Everything was great! The sauce served with the hush puppies was so yummy! Though it took a little long for our hush puppies to come out, the service was great. Staff kept our drinks filled and they were attentive. It was kind of loud inside but overall we enjoyed our visit and would come back.

Stopped here for lunch quickly on a weekday. Awesome curry convos and wraps with these amazing masala fries!! Lamb seekh kabab was the real deal!
