I've been meaning to try this place out for sometime. When a promoter sent me an e-mail stating he was having a party there, I had to go. They have valet parking at the restaurant and across the street. When I stepped inside, I was impressed. The place looks very sophisticated. The place has 3 floors, but I only had the opportunity to see two. There's booths, tables, and a bar on the main floor. There's also a flat screen TV at the bar. All the bartenders I dealt with were helpful. The menu has basically everything, Fish, Chicken, Soups, Salads, Beef, Lamb, Pork, Seafood, Rice, Noodles, and Vegetables. If you can find at least one thing, then I don't know what to tell you. The prices are a little high, especially the seafood, but I didn't think it was ridiculous. You get a good amount of food and should leave with a full stomach. You have main dishes and small plates to choose from. Small plates is basically appetizer. I opted for the small plates and I got two different ones. Both of them were delicious!!! I've loved Asian Fusion Restaurants before I ever knew what the hell Asian Fusion was. The lower level of the restaurant is very intimate. They have a booth with a curtain type thing that you could pull for privacy. The have the seating arranged in a manner for a group of people to socialize. They also have another TV down there along with a small bar. If that wasn't enough, waiters come along and ask if you want something to eat or drink. The night I went, they had a DJ, but I hear they also have a live Jazz Band on Sunday's. You should definitely give it a try.

Antico Pizza

The pizza was good and the atmosphere was just like sitting in the kitchen area of a crowded restaurant. Bring your own beverage.

Umeda Japanese Cuisine

📍 Address: 1157 Granville Street, Vancouver

This place was notoriously known in my flat as "Box A", for the longest time I actually thought the restaurant was called "Box A" until I went there with my flatmates and a bunch of our friends and saw that the sign was actually Umeda. Upon looking at the menu, I got to the Bento box menu page and realised why my flatmates called it "Box A" for a "Box A" meal at Umeda which was priced at $6.95 you get SO MUCH FOOD! Miso Soup, Salad, 8 Pieces of Sushi, Tempura, Teryaki Chicken or Beef on rice, Gyoza, a piece of fruit and green tea. An incredible amount of food for a really great price. Though the Japanese is not the best I've had, it is so competitively priced that I am sure we will be returning for some more "Box A's" sometime very soon!. Ps. I live with 3 very active boys, and they are certainly all about quantity not quality. The food here is decent quality and amazing price!

The food is outstanding! The guys that work there are laid back and awesome. They'll tell, but make you the perfect sandwich.

Adem Ayem Cafe

📍 Address: 11945 SW Pacific Hwy, Ste 202, Tigard

Just returned to this place and had another fantastic meal. This time it was nasi goreng (fried rice) that came with two chicken sate skewers. I learned that they make their own sambal (Indonesian hot sauce) and it had just the right amount of fire and flavor.

Raglan Road Irish Pub

📍 Address: 1640 E Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista

The atmosphere is just as fantastic as the food!! Very fun and moderately loud. The battered mini sausage appetizer was hands down the best thing we tried. Goat cheese and beat salad is my favorite entree. And of course Guiness tap. They always have live entertainment- either tap dancers or an Irish band. Our favorite downtown Disney spot!!
