Be Our Guest Restaurant

📍 Address: Magic Kingdom Dr, Orlando

Got dinner reservations here and it's simply amazing. What's not to love about dining IN the Beast's Castle, in the grand ballroom? Our dinner experience was absolutely magical, from check in to waiting for our pager to buzz to being introduced to the castle. Our CM that toured the castle for us and all the facts/details was amazing, well versed in the castle/restaurant and deserves praise if we could remember her name (sad face that I wasn't paying attention to that). Our server was delightful and very knowledgeable (and from Los Angeles! woohoo!) about the food and suggestions. I had the Trio Salad to start, followed by the Strip Steak, and topped with the Gray Stuff, it really is good (though not quite as delicious as I had hoped and as others have endlessly hyped me up on). The Beast does come out and greet his guests as well as stay in his library where you can visit him for a picture before or after your meal. I suggest doing it before so you don't look all bloated and full from eating. LOL. But they suggest doing it after as the exit of the meet & greet area is the main lobby of the restaurant, where you are conveniently next to the restrooms and exit back onto the bridge of the castle and back to Fantasyland. PS: there's wine here! The only place you can get alcohol on Magic Kingdom property!

Clementine Bistro & Bar

📍 Address: 510 NE 28th Ave, Portland

Great! My wife and I decided to use our Living Social coupon for breakfast there this morning. Although I was a bit wary based on the other reviews I had seen for this place, we decided to see for ourselves...good thing! Clementine is a pretty large place so, even though there was a large party already seated and several other groups there, we had no problem finding a comfortable table right away. The breakfast menu isn't extensive but features some interesting options. When we informed our server that we'd be using our LS coupon, he informed us that it included a complimentary order of hush puppies when redeemed before 2:00 pm. He brought those out shortly and, although neither of us is a fan of hush puppies, we tried them and really enjoyed them. The coffee was hot and good and our server did a fair job of keeping our cups full even though the full house kept him pretty busy. My wife chose the veggie omelet (pretty tame choice) while I went for the fish and grits breakfast...fried tilapia with some very tasty grits (prepared just right) and eggs OE. We savored every bite and spent a very relaxed morning reading the newspaper and catching up on FB and Yelp (WiFi). When the check came, I was stunned to see that we had only rung up 2/3 of our coupon allowance. I decided to save it for a later date (we shall surely return) and paid cash for the great breakfast and service. I offered to pay for the complimentary hush puppies that accompanied the coupon but our server graciously waved that off. All in all a most pleasant experience that we look forward to repeating.

Food was awesome and fun experience in Beauty and Beast atmosphere. Sandwiches to die for.

Villa Mexico

📍 Address: 296 Cambridge St, Boston

I have always been a big supporter of Anna's and I am worried now that since the new one has moved down the block, my "friend" at Villa Mexico will lose business. I dont think she will however because the two places offer two different experiences. I think she has way more flavor in every one of her burritos and it is a nice change of pace from the Anna's. Definitely have the Mole Chicken. I am not even a big fan of Mole sauce but the way she does it, makes it perfect. She gets 5 stars stars for friendliness and overall experience and taste of one of the best burritos in the city.

Broadway Pizza Bar

📍 Address: 403 Broadway, Kissimmee

Had the calzone from their lunch special with double pepperoni. It was a good size and was not able to finish it. It came with a side of marinara dipping sauce and a drink, with your choice of two toppings. I ordered mine with double pepperoni, I would say it was average. Just an hour or two later I started getting a stomach ache, it might have been from the dipping sauce or the actual calzone because it was very cheesy. I did hear that their pizza is the best, so I would probably give this place another shot and try their pizza.
