Well we wanted to love this place. The menu looked good and their website makes the place look great (as most websites do), and when we got our food it was moderately good. A few marks above regular bar grub. Then we went to play their lauded collection of pinball machines...which after all is why we came. Immediately we noticed the fast play. We could hardly keep the ball in play before the game was over. My friend, who is well-versed in these matters, pointed out the extreme angle of the tables with the leveling screws on the back feet of the machines extended to maximum height. This is a tactic to drain as much money from your patrons as fast as possible and cycle people through with limited play times. We were disgusted. After checking out all the machines and deciding if there were any that were adjusted for fair play...we opted to save our money and go elsewhere. Too bad. We really wanted to love this place.

Bad day for one of our favorite restaurants. Staff needs to keep their problems behind closed doors. We were seated right next to the service station. The waitress was yelling across the room to other tables. We assume they were familiar customers. But since we were next to her we found it intrusive. We had a new server, and he did well. Obviously the other waitress didn't think so. She was verbally abusive when he approached a table that, by her statement believed to be hers. One single woman ruined our peaceful night out. We will give them another try, as they've bred solid in the past.

This Jersey Mike's restaurant was consistent in its cleanliness and food quality, excellent franchise consistency compared to other stores. Occasionally the bread tastes less fresh, like on this visit, but still acceptable. There was a mistake made on the additional toppings, but I was too hungry to complain. I would recommend this Jersey Mike's, just watch while they are adding your sandwich toppings because they can get distracted.

The tortillas came from a bag. Fresh Mexican = homemade tortillas. Makes me wonder where else they're taking shortcuts. Tacos were average. A step above Taco Bell.

We are visiting from out of state and eagerly went back for dinner the 2nd night. The servers on both nights were fabulous! I wish I had written their names down because they we truly top notch, attentive, friendly, professional, never in need of refills. This was all in addition to the food being hot, fresh and delicious. I hesitated to try the wings because I'm too picky but I went for it and was not disappointed in the dry rub I selected. Thank you for adding to our wonderful visit to Colorado Springs!

So there are many rusans around the Atlanta area. I prefer this one. It's such a nice chill spot to sit outside or inside and good for big parties. There's lots of tvs, so if you want to hang out and drink saki bombs, you can. You park in the parking deck behind it. It's the parking deck with the big green park sign. If you park at the very top, you can just walk up the stairs to rusans. Everyone is very friendly and service is usually good. During lunch they have a great buffet with different sushi, chicken, steak, and traditional Asian dishes. For dinner I like to get the Japanese Bagel or the rising sun. The rolls average 8-10 dollars and are great portion size. Always super delicious. We had Hsun as our server and he was super attentive. It can get a little loud on a Friday or Saturday night so if that isn't your cup of tea, keep it pushing! There's a Starbucks across the street, movie theater behind it, and a twin peaks to the right if you want after activities. They validate parking, so hit it up!
