Golden Pacific Restaurant

📍 Address: 470 N Franklin St, Holbrook

Stars: (3)

Golden Pacific chinese food = delicious. I stop in on a fairly regular basis to order my Large Chicken Lo Mein without vegetables. The fellow who works the front desk must laugh to himself when I walk in, grab a menu as if I might order something different for once, and then proceed to order the same exact thing I do each time I visit. I always do take-out, never actually sat to eat my meal there. The dining room is always empty, but the bar (found through another set of doors) always appears full and bustling. The hours of the place are very convenient. . . 11:30 am to 12:45 pm! The efficiency of the kitchen is amazing. I order and literally 5 - 10 minutes later my food is bagged and ready for me to go! Only four stars because I have actually tasted the best chicken lo mein on Earth and it was unfortunately not at this place. Lorena Garcia Tapas Bar

📍 Address: 6000 N Terminal Pkwy, Atlanta

Stars: (2)

This is a decent place to get a drink while you're waiting for a flight. It's comfortable with a large round bar and I got plenty of private space. There are a couple of screens around playing CNN and the NFL network. Don't expect a big beer selection. I counted four beers on tap and had a decent Adam Adams lager. It was a pleasant way to kill about 45 minutes in the international terminal. The price was a little on the high side: $9.38 for the pint of beer. They added an 18% gratuity on the bill, which I didn't care for since I like to use my discretion in tipping. With taxes and tip, it was $12 for one beer.

Blaze Pizza

📍 Address: 91 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington

Stars: (3.5)

We have been waiting for this for so long...seems it took forever to open. Somehow the flow seemed rushed and the place does not feel that new. So overall not as great as other locations but it's still Blaze and 4 stars.

Flippers Pizzeria

📍 Address: 80 W Grant St, Orlando

Stars: (3.5)

I have really enjoyed Flippers for a lot of years, but the last time I ordered my usual salad, it was a total mess. When I say the antipasto was diced, I mean shredded. Here is the exact response I got from corporate: Hello, I apologize for the delayed response. We recently updated our menu and made some changes on our procedures. All of our dinner salads are now chopped salads, this includes the Antipasto Salad. If you prefer the way we used to make just let the person taking your order know your preference. We apologize for any inconvenience. Sincerely, cid:BF9DF488-6A2D-4ABE-9B79-B3A4D2866675 Gwen Kousaie Regional Director (407) 721-3752 Pizza. Passion. Perfection. If this is the case, I will never spend another dollar there. Who the f*ck dices an antipasto?

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

📍 Address: 300 West 436, Altamonte Springs

Stars: (3.5)

Went in for the buy one, take one. Food was mediocre. $8 for a barely drinkable glass of house chardonnay. Service lackluster. $30 out the door (for one person) and not worth it.

Barlata Tapas Bar

📍 Address: 1500 S Lamar Blvd, Ste 150, Austin

Stars: (4)

There isn't much bad you can say when practically everything on the menu was delicious. Noteworthy items...arros negre, lamb skewer, and papas bravas. Service was fantastic as well...this is definitely worth a second trip!
