Didn't stay here, but attended classes for my conference here. Astonishingly beautiful. Had an amazing breakfast catered at one my meetings. People who stayed here raved about the rooms.

Pretty pricey for same ole gyros nothing to crazy but pretty decent food. Using Their location to justify their prices. Customer service and personable attitudes are lacking personality and friendlyness. Wont be coming back thier "broasted" potatoes are greasy and stale the prices are outrageous the portions were minute. Aside from the decor I enjoyed nothing about my experience here. I certainly hope they change their act very soon. My recomendations gor to pita pit!!

This was near by the hotel we are staying at. It had a buffet and I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised. They food was hot. It was fresh and it was tasty! The rate for this lunch was much less than the breakfast buffet at the hotel that cost 5 dollars more and was horrible.

I've been going to the b. side on Monday nights for a few weeks now - I'm a big fan of Geeks Who Drink trivia, and they recently added Monday nights to their schedule. For me, the atmosphere at b. side is a bit of the good and the bad - when they open the front windows wide and you can hear the noise of Pearl Street (but far enough away to be just a murmur), and the breeze blows in, it can be lovely - particularly with these mild summer nights we've been having. I even kind of dig the red walls. I like the layout of the room, some private little areas, or you can get up close and personal at the bar. On the other hand, the artwork and decor are a bit odd - a little bit funky cool, a little bit garage sale. Still, the restrooms are always clean and there's plenty of soap and paper towels (I have a toddler, I notice these things, I can't help it).I love the drinks and the food. Stella on tap, delicious martinis (used to be $5 during trivia, we were just told last night that they've gone up to $6), and really pretty good food. We've had the super garlicky pizza and the pepperoni, the burger, the spinach pie - loved them all. The prices are pretty reasonable, too - and they're even better if you're there on trivia night, when they give out gift cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! I haven't been anywhere else in town that does that for us.The first time we went, they were a bit overwhelmed, I think someone didn't show up for work and the bartender was trying to cover the whole place herself. Still, she was a good sport, and super friendly, and we ended up having a great time. Most nights, our service is terrific - friendly and efficient.I'm the mother of a small child, and I only get one night a week out. I'm happy to spend it at b. side.

The food is good, but the customer service needs some work....My best friend went with me and we both ordered the same thing, however hers had some extras added to it and mine had the one ingredient left out (due to an allergy). Well, the order was placed correctly, but executed incorrectly. They put all the extras in mine (with the ingredient left out) and made hers as is. Instead of them giving her the extras she ordered in a separate bowl to make everything right.... They asked me to take the extras out from my bowl and put them in her ramen bowl since I didn't pay for them. So I had to take a spoon to dig out random extra ingredients to stick in her bowl after I'd already taken a few bites. The appropriate response to that would have been to give her the extra stuff she ordered in a separate plate and not have a customer dig stuff out of a soup bowl. I couldn't just switch with her bowl because I would've had an allergic reaction, and we didn't want to send the entire order back because it would've been wasteful. Not sure if I would go back.

Mediocre at best. Our server was nice but not attentive at all. I think her name was Ashley. We were in the restaurant to watch the 1st half of the Green Bay / Minnesota game and the restaurant wasn't very busy for a Sunday evening. The mozzarella sticks we ordered for an appetizer were okay but clearly a frozen item. The wings came and they were fresh and seasoned properly with hot sauce. However, not once did Ashley return to our table to refill our drinks, waters, or ensure our order was alright. She had one other table to service in the whole restaurant and spent the rest of the time hanging out by the host stand. I would not recommend this location.
