OK - I've never had authentic English food and...I will NEVER again. I didn't realize that authentic meant no flavor AT ALL. They could have added salt and it would have been a hundred times better. The authentic tartar sauce - not so great either. The chips...well if that's authentic too, I'd take McDonald's over that. The service was good, the waitress very apologetic that we didn't like the authentic food...when we ordered 3 pieces and only ate 1 1/2 pieces gagging on that last half. As far as the Dr. Who theme, not really there either. The Tardis door was the door to the bathroom and only a couple of posters and things that hinted of Dr. Who. There was a life size cutout of Matt Smith and David Tennant and that was it. So, if you're from England and love this stuff, more power to ya.

my GO TO SPOT! this place is the bomb.com for literally all american foods: burgers, wings, pizza and so much more! Its so big so you can def get a table for a good group of people and the prices are so reasonable! If you come here a lot like my bf and I they also sometimes have special items for the weekend! this past weekend we had the pork belly sliders which melted in my mouth! also if youre a wing person i 100% recommend the garlic parmersan buffalo wings! The beers are so great and reasonably priced but for people who dont like beer they also have yummy cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks that look amazing too! Also the servers are so great and welcoming!

This Taco Bell is trash. The hours are not at all what are shown online. They are also always out of something.. Today is the slush/freezes. Service is also very poor.

It has been hit or miss for the past two years. Stale food, old pork ribs, rubbery chicken and soapy tasting fried rice!

This review is only based on the service. I was turned off by this place from one rude female with short hair behind the counter. We wanted a strawberry shortcake for our niece's birthday and as we were describing what we wanted she just began to shake her head no before we even finished our description. At least wait for me to finish before you say no. The lady just kept saying "we don't do that". Ok fine I don't expect you to make every cake in existence, but at least help me with suggestions with what you can make. Next, we asked if they could do something with vanilla and she responded "we don't do that". Weird because on their menu they had a vanilla cheesecake. So you don't do anything with vanilla yet you have it on the menu. How does that make sense?!? There were two other females in the kitchen that tried to offer some suggestions, but the rude lady kept interrupting them saying "we don't do that". I wonder if she knows any other words besides that. Aside from the rude customer service, the cupcakes and cakes were overpriced. First and last time I'll be coming to this place.

I had great service by our waiter Felix while dinning the evening of 12/14 to celebrate my twins 11th birthday. The food was great as always and he was friendly and quick! We played a Heads up charades game while waiting for our food and he would join in periodically making the whole experience more fun.
