I love the sandwiches. So tasty, filling, and they come with a kosher dill pickle! They use quality ingredients and I know I'm getting good value for my money. To go or eat in--but it's usually packed to the gills for lunchtime.

Ordered a bagel and cream cheese and it took about 15-20 min today , not even that busy in there ! Horrible service. The bagels are OK usually I go to Siegels because they're better but was in the area and starving so pulled over to grab something quick. It was like being in a Woody Allen movie how neurotic and dithering the owner was. While people were impatiently waiting for their late orders , she was stopping to talk about the schedule and other stuff in the middle of what appeared to be a training session making the sandwiches ect. I understand training someone might slow things down a bit , I've worked in the service industry but this was painful watching this woman scattered and dithering not spending time on any one thing so nothing got done. This business has been here for a while you would figure they'd have the kinks ironed out with ordering and picking up the food. Turned out my food had been ready down at the other end but nobody called it out. Get your stuff together Solly's! As much as the whole Jewish mother thing is amusing leave out the disorganized neurosis if you want my repeat biz.

Rose & Crown Dining Room
📍 Address: 1510 N Avenue Of The Stars, Orlando
⭐ Stars:⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4)
The Rose and Crown restaurant is one of my favorite places at WDW. The backside patio is the best place to watch the fireworks with the Mexican patio second. The pub is where you often go to wait on your reservation, but most of the people are there to have a good time. The pub is often wall to wall people, but that somehow makes everyone more cooperative. There are some shacks, but people come here for English and Irish beers and drinks. The place gets even more rowdy in a fun way when "the Hat Lady" comes in during the early evening to pump the piano with tunes only dead Englishmen remember. She is high energy frolic.. The bartenders know their business and seem to always be in good spirits. Visit the pub for a happy time.

The food was all right, but I was expecting a little bit better considering that it is in Chinatown. The food was not horrible, but they could have done better. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. They had fairly average prices.
Pine State Biscuits

It's all been said in previous reviews. Biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, bacon, hash browns, fried chicken, grits, collards, Stumptown coffee. Pulled pork, fried green tomatoes, hush puppies, black eyed peas. Did I mention shiitake mushroom gravy? That too.
