Large, friendly and nice staff. The bartenders are very friendly, striking up conversations with patrons, and keeping the bar area clean. 6 of 7 beers on tap working, 2 large screen tvs at the bar, and a community area behind the bar. (14 seats on 1 area, and 16 seats on the other). Liquor wise, they have a great selection Veronica, the bartender was very attentive and VERY social, as was the other bartender, Eric, was just as social and probably louder! The food is served a-la-carte... Pricing wise, the build your own burger was more cost effective for me...and the service was real quick!..placed the order, and nearly 5 minutes later it was here! (And it was warm still)... Asked for additional bbq after burger arrived, and it was received rather quickly.. (veronica called upon her friend in the back with a "cute voice"and they acted Quickly! The sweet potatoes were crinkle cut, tasted a little cool, compared to be piping hot as expected. Bill wise, they are comparable to the rest of the airport. ..10.50 for the beer. Another positive is that they have outlets and usb plugs under the counter, allowing you to charge. My only disappointed is that they charged me.$0.55 for additional bbq sauce. (It was ordered on my burger, however it was barely a squirt). (For store bought bbq sauce, you'd expect it to be free, especially for such a small container) Overall, a decent experience. ..4 stars because of the good experience. .-1 for the fact that they charged me for fake bbq sauce

Very good food and great atmosphere! We went on a Friday night and the staff was nice a friendly and their recommendations were delicious! I would highly suggest this place for a date and good for groups as well.

Took about 20 min to get seated it was ridiculous and about 10 min standing to pay this was outrageous and it seemed to me that there were soooo many employees and none were accomplishing anything overall very unhappy

We have started to go to this Serrano's for our Mexican food fix. It seems to be the most consistently good mexican food we have found. Plus we really like the flexibility of the lunch menu. You can pick what items you want. I usually get one taco, one enchilada, rice and queso. I really like being able to do this for an affordable price. Usually it can only be done a la carte and is crazy expensive.

Since our recent relocation to Austin from the Northwest I had to check this place out early -- lived in seattle for two years -- and finding good salmon and micro beer was paramount to ease the culture shock of Texas. I was very pleased. And yes, the overall ambiance is loud, but proved perfect for my overzealous two year old that sometimes aurally mimics a pterodactyl in her excitement. I sincerely apologize to anyone perturbed by her presence, but we were appropriately seated to make her noises as minimal as possible. I always worry how folks react to the little one and her exuberant outbursts -- and we were treated well. The food was great. it was delivered fast, tasty, great presentation, and the servers were friendly and efficient. I had the Salmon, capers and spicy mash which I loved. Wife had the stuffed Rainbow Trout which was great too. The little ones chicken fingers were overcooked and delivered too hot, so minus one star. They did offer plenty of crayons at hostess stand so that was very nice kid friendly bonus. Very nice place to have a lively conversation or to accommodate large groups. The beer was ok. Not up to true Northwest standards, but I only tried two so maybe I missed the good one. Overall food and service is awesome. next time we might spend some time on the deck with live music sans little one.
