Ceili's Modern Irish Pub

📍 Address: 7311 Westminster Highway, Richmond

Stars: (3.5)

Hold on.. is this still owned by the same guy who owned the Foggy Dew or is this place under new management? Foggy Dew was painful. I've been here on a few occasions to enjoy some beer with the employees after work, being right down the street (and pretty well the only pub in town) it's a good spot. Parking? What parking? The friends and I drove around for fifteen minutes until we could find a place to park! Street parking is pay parking. I hate to pay for parking when I'm about to pay for a meal. The amount of beer on tap is great (including Stella) the waitress that found us tucked in the corner was quick and knowledgeable. The food is, well.. pub food. But reasonable. The bathroom was a mess. Would I come back? Sure. I haven't tried sitting outside, and don't see many people that do. It's definitely the younger crowd hang out, and packs in pretty good on the weekends.

Your Mom's Burger Bar

📍 Address: 1701 E Cesar Chavez St, Ste B, Austin

Stars: (3.5)

I really wanted to like Your Mom's just from the interesting combos they have. A chorizo/cheese stuffed burger with a fried egg on top?!? Sounds tasty enough but it was just too much -a half burger would do me just fine. The onion rings were gi-normous and tasty; the fries were dry and too spice-y as a complement to a flavorful burger. Next time I'll wise up and share an order, but right now I'm just trying not to take a nap at my desk.

Oyatsupan Bakers

📍 Address: 16025 SW Regatta Ln, Beaverton

Stars: (4.5)

Great food and unique pastries you're unlikely to find elsewhere. From the beef curry doughnut to the yakisoba sandwich, the coffee, baked goods and sandwiches are all delicious. Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area.

Abby Lane

📍 Address: 255 Tremont St, Boston

Stars: (3.5)

Was catching up with a friend in Boston in June and were looking for a place near the theatre district for a quick bite. Waited in line for about 15 minutes before we were told there may be bar seating but we really should have made a reservation. The host was very pretentious about it. Our waitress in the bar area was nice but absentee. We both ordered chicken tortilla soup, which took about 30 minutes to come out. It was okay, fairly bland, and in my opinion far too expensive for the quantity, though this is Boston. Never managed to get drink refills. We ended up paying about $50 for 2 soups and 1 mixed drink (I had water) before tip and tax. Generally unimpressed.

Ruby Tuesday

📍 Address: 4065 Marlane Drive, Grove City

Stars: (3)

After they closed me usual go to Ruby Tuesday at tuttle mall I was worried I would not be able to enjoy the salad bar any more. Then I remembered there was a Ruby Tuseday in Grove City ;-). I got the Salad and sides combo. I love their salad bar options. Tons of goodies to add. And always seem to make 2 trips. Snce Ive been trying to eat better, I order 3 veggies for the sides. Grilled Zucchini (delicious), Green Beans, and Rice (I know, but I couldnt help it). All in all it was a good meal that was filling and not loaded with calories. I will return again until they close it like the others :-(

Hooligan's Sports Bar and Grill

📍 Address: 8220 NE Vancouver Plaza Dr, Vancouver

It's a sports bar people!!! Give them some time to get their footing. They are doing an amazing job with what little time they have been open. They have a huge selection of beer and happy hour twice a day. Breakfast on Sundays! Who can go wrong with a bar like this. Anywhere you sit you have a tv right there! The managers here are quick to change the Tvs to a game that you want to watch! Most bars leave it on what they have and don't give you an option. I will keep coming back to this place!
