We went to Hy's because we received a gift card for Christmas. On the outside, it's not the kind of place that we would normally go to. It's very traditional and old school which appeals to many. Since we tried to go on a Saturday night, it was fully booked with reservations. Instead of sitting in the main dining room, we were invited to sit in the comfortable lounge area. It has comfy leather chairs, and it has full service from the restaurant area. When you order the Caesar salad, you still get table-side service. Overall, we were highly impressed and we would definitely go back there for special occasions.

Great food! I absolutely love the turkey ribs... Service is slow. Space is small. Patiencence is needed! Although, when the food comes out. Its definitely a sight to see and taste. Here's a pic of my plate!

Friggin bonkers sushi place. Delicious and well presented. Try the yama if you like a little spicy.

Never order Postmates from this place. Cold, rubbery turkey (looks like it's been broiled), not even sure what that other round egg is, the French toast is just bread with some sauce on the side. Gross! I'm still so hungry and we paid like$60 for this.

I'm so glad we had a chance to eat here during our stay in Boston. If you're vegan/vegetarian/ or even a meat lover, I would highly recommend checking this place out. They have great comfort diner food. Also I would recommend trying a donut there (you won't be able to tell that it's vegan). I would definitely make sure you get there EARLY on any day you go, especially on Saturday & sunday. We tried going on a Sunday at first, but the lines were crazy long. We went back early on Monday and had better luck. But this is definitely one of the best vegan restaurants I've been to.
