Thai Bloom

📍 Address: 3800 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton

Stars: (4)

Great happy hour! Good food, nice portions, excellent service. If I'm out in Beavertron, I hit this place up.

Petunia's Pies & Pastries

📍 Address: 610 SW 12th Ave, Portland

Awesome cakes! The service was off..they didn't have their operations down and couldn't deliver a pre-made cupcake out of the case for like 5 min...we had to ask for it

The Coop

📍 Address: 6214 N Interstate Ave, Portland

Stars: (4.5)

Legit large patio area and nice atmosphere. Very clean. Servers are all nice and the service is really good here (which I appreciate since this seems to be an issue at many Portland restaurants having bad service) They've got a full bar and good selection of unique tasty cocktails. The yee ha is tasty. I ordered the Asian slaw salad with chicken and it was delicious. The portion of chicken was generous and the dressing on the salad was super tasty. I'm a previous visit I've had the brussel sprouts and pulled pork. All delicious. And they've got these home made potato chips- these are so good, try them. I'll be back.

The Red Wagon

📍 Address: 2128 East Hastings Street, Vancouver

About a 20+ minute brunch line up around 11:00am. But I know that line ups are common. I don't know if I'd line up again. I had the Brie and arugula omlette with the homemade hash browns and sourdough toast. The omlette was a bit disappointing as the Brie ended up just being greasy (although you could still taste a hint of it) as it had just melted inside the omlette but still yummy...but everything else was delicious! I should have read some reviews before going! I'll have to go for lunch and get some pulled pork! :)

Chez Dodo

📍 Address: 427 SW Stark St, Portland

Stars: (4.5)

The signature dish at Chez Dodo are the shyamosas, very large samosas, which bring a little bit of East African island flair to the streets of Portland. The shyamosas are large deep fried and veggie - filled hot dough pockets serves to you by Shyam (who looks exactly like on the drawing by the way :P), the charismatic Chef of Mauritian origin who makes everything himself and with a lot of love. The shyamosas are topped with two kinds of sauces and best eaten hot and fresh. The lentil fritters are also a very good recommendation! It is certainly not a health - food option but absolutely delicious, the chef and owner Shyam is very charismatic and entertaining and honestly, where else would you get a taste of Mauritius in the PNW??!

The Local Pizzaiolo - Westside

📍 Address: 1000 Marietta St NW, Ste 202, Atlanta

Stars: (4.5)

This is the best gluten free crust I've found in Atlanta. It reminds me of real crust. Unfortunately it's not safe for those of you with celiac disease. They admit they cannot guarantee that no cross contamination will occur. Just hope they've fixed the air conditioner.
