Folk Art Restaurant

📍 Address: 465 N Highland Ave NE, Atlanta

Stars: (4)

I came here for a late lunch on Sunday around 4pm. There wasn't a wait and we were immediately seated. I saw that this place was good for brunch but I think we were here too late so I didn't see any waffles or brunch items on the menu (although there was breakfast all-day like eggs and sides). My boyfriend ended up ordering the triple meatball burger with fries with chili pimento cheese and I ordered the lobster roll with cucumber and avocado salad. Although the burger was good, it was really heavy and really greasy - adding the chili with fries definitely made the meal even more greasy and heavy. My lobster roll was also just alright. There was too much sauce/mayonnaise. The chunks of lobster I did eat was also salty like it had been sitting in salt water. The cucumber and avocado salad was good - light and helped offset the other entrees. Overall, I just thought the food was okay, maybe I need to come back for brunch.

La Salsa

📍 Address: 3637 Far West Blvd, Ste F, Austin

Stars: (3.5)

La Salsa is really good for fast food. Cheap. Fast. Tasty. It's not junk food, and I can't imagine anyone would be disappointed with a meal at La Salsa unless you are confusing this with a full-service restaurant.

Andina Restaurant

📍 Address: 1314 NW Glisan St, Portland

Stars: (4.5)

It was great... Until my whole family got the stomach flu (aka norovirus) here, along with many other people. Food was good going down, but we won't be back.

Garden Bar by Evergreens

📍 Address: 100 SW Market St, Ste A-1, Portland

Stars: (3)

The food is good and the ingredients are fresh but the service is terrible. I loved it the first time I visited by since then every salad has been worse than before. There is absolutely no consistency and the staff make the whole experience very confusing. Also, I have noticed at this location that the "Order Online-Skip the Wait" function is not accurate, often I have had to wait 10+ minutes to receive my salad that I ordered online 30+ minutes ago.

Pannullo's Italian Restaurant

📍 Address: 216 S Park Ave, Winter Park

Stars: (3.5)

In my quest for good pizza I stopped here while walking thru Winter Park. Being from NY my pizza expectations are high, the man at the door (originally from Long Island) told me how Pannullo's makes their pizza different, with purified water, blah blah blah. I figured I'd give it a try. I was tricked to say the least. I would rate this pizza as below average, I tried the margarita which was very bland. The "fresh basil" tasted more like dried out basil from a jar, boring sauce, bland cheese...nothing special about this pizza at all. The fried calamari was definitely one of those pre-made freezer types that you could buy at BJ's. I would not eat here again, and if you're on the quest for great pizza like I am, don't let these guys trick you.

Rheinlander German Restaurant

📍 Address: 5035 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland

Stars: (4)

Not only is Rheinlander a fun place to eat, the food is great. We recently visited to celebrate my parents anniversary so we had a group of people, the service even with a larger group was wonderful. A few in our party were from out of town and had never been there before. They loved it! We will definitely be back!
