Food is great, staff very helpful. They really take care of you. But I'm stick of getting stuck with the crappy bent tables. Your host staff always wants to sit my family (someone in the family is walks with a cane, we need to sit at a full table or half and half) in the area s with large parties where there is little no walking room Between the people sitting at the table next to us. Or they sit us in a corner where my family of three has to squeeze in. Please talk with your host staff about this common sense issue. This isn't the first time its happened either. This makes it a uncomfortable experience for us.

We stopped in on a Monday around 5, and quite enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves. We stopped and grabbed our sides from the buffet style counter, then ordered the moist brisket and pork ribs. While they don't necessarily weigh your sides, they do weigh the meat, and while my eyes are always bigger than my stomach, I was surprised that our two plates together cost $45! We definitely had plenty to take home, but even a trip to Franklin's has not set us back that much! The food was decent-the moist brisket and the mac n cheese were the best part of my meal. The creamed corn and potato salad could be improved upon; they were both little bland and the corn was a bit runny. Bottom line, we have some really great BBQ in Austin, and while this wasn't at the top of my list, it is in a great spot and you can be in and out with no hassle. There have been so many restaurants at this location; I do hope this place finds success here!

Outdoor Seating. Food is okay. Some good sandwiches. Drinks are not bad. Good after work spot or people watching. I love that famous chefs from around Boston each created their own sandwich to add to their menu. love love love. The only downfall to this place is that they won't seat you until your whole party gets there and its rather annoying!! I understand that this will maximize table usage, but if I'm going to be there earlier than my friends, I'll be ordering a drink... thank you very much. So what's the point of being so strict???? I stopped going because of this reason. Food: 1) Past Salad ----- I love pasta salad and it's one of those carb filled foods that i know i shouldn't eat too much of, but when I start, i finish the whole thing!! =x. However, i thought their pasta salad was just okay. 2) The Regal Regis---- SO GOOD. If you love mushrooms, get this. SO melt in your mouth good! 3) Mexican Meatball sub ---- The chipotle and jalepeno au jus totally makes the sub!!!! A must get too. Drinks: Get their specials, they're usually really good!

This place is my very favorite. The outside seating is great, almost every seat inside is a booth, the djs never disappoint, the drinks are perfect and perfectly priced and the food is so incredible that I always forget it's vegetarian. Paloma's and arepas and outside seats all summer please!

Delicious food! Very classic and simple. We ordered a kir royal for aperitif, which was tasty. We had the salade chevre chaud (salad with warm goat cheese) and soupe a l'oignon (French onion soup) to begin. Both were done so tastefully and tastily. The salad had some sort of yellow beet root thing in it which was pretty delicious. Tasted just like red beetroots. For entree, we all got the filet de boeuf (filet of beef) with creamy peppercorn sauce. It was pretty tasty. The potatoes au gratin could have used more salt. But everything was pretty delicious. For dessert we shared a very creamy chocolate mousse. It is definitely too rich for one person. So why not 5 stars? Well, the food seemed very normal.. regular. It's like a steak with potatoes. Perhaps that's French cuisine, but for some reason I was expecting more flavour and uniqueness. And I agree with Ingrid a little with the desserts. It would have been nice to see more variety with that esp. since French desserts are so renowned. All this was $42.00 per person including tip. I would totally go back if I want French food again. The prices were very reasonable compared the elsewhere and the quality was excellent. Although, next time I would be sure to try something different. Perhaps moules frites to be nostalgic about my trip to France last year... Oh, and one last note: Book ahead. They fill up pretty fast, even on weeknights.
